On some level these guys know. They're young, usually in college, early 20's; with these tight, toned, amazing bodies just to start with. Then they put on this stretchy, skin-tight one-piece of clothing, the singlet. It leaves their arms, legs and varying degrees of their chest exposed to the skin.
Because of the way singlet's fit (thank heavens), they bunch up at the crotch, and guys also have their dick and balls right there, so it's a double-whammy. Now, add in the fact that many wrestlers choose to freeball and not wear any underwear. So now you have this skin-tight, stretchy singlet proudly displaying the guys 'junk' right there, hanging out front on beautiful display. Even if they do wear underwear or a jockstrap, the bulge is almost always pretty pronounced, even totally soft - not counting any semi's or wood. And I'm not even discussing the clingy way the singlet cups, shapes and shows off the ass either.
Now, I'm not arguing that all these guys are gay, because I don't think most of them are. Nor do I think they're necessarily exhibitionistic and are perv'ing out on displaying a big bulge in their gear. But I do think somewhere in their mind, they realize that they're young, athletic, hot, toned, and wearing a pretty sexy piece of athletic equipment and their body is on display. I also think they enjoy the attention of being a masculine, male and are proud of their maleness and prowess so showing off their ass or bulge just kinda fits into the big picture and they're ok with it all; even enjoy it.
Yeah, they have to know.
